Completely hand stitched in a traditional quilt technique known as a "Yoyo Quilt." Looks like it's made from upcycled fabric scraps. Comes with beautiful hand stitched fabric flower brooches, likely added after. The entire piece has a beautiful drape and weight to it. In good vintage condition there is at least one of the yoyos that has torn, shown in photos.
