Can be worn off the shoulders

You could easily move the button back to make the waist 1 inch smaller (original size was likely a 25" waist)

but they mostly hide in the folds of the full skirt

There is another near the hem (see image) and some small patched holes near the shoulder (too hard to capture in photograph)
