The Afterlife - Syrah #tripel rested on Sakura plums fromA Belgium style beer rested on Syrah pomace for 9 months. The base beer was brewed in October 2020, and later returned to barrel for maturation. Inoculated with our naturally foraged house yeast bacteria named sunshine. This tart and dry beer isa beautiful balance of the earthy tones from the Belgium saison and cherry like aroma from its time on Syrah skins repurposed from Carto wines. Total ageing time 18 months 9 months in French oak Bottle
