Carrier has Brass hardware and can be mounted on up to a 2 1/4" duty belt vertically or horizontally

Retention strap has the ability to swivel forward

The partial closed front is metal reinforced and the position of the security blocks make the draw a natural forward and upward motion to present the weapon in a timely manner

Case is plain black leather with a slot for a 1 1 2" belt and open top. Case will hold one set of peerless open top chain cuffs. Rear Shoemaker star stamp is scuffed. They would do this when items were no longer in production. Tex Shoemaker has closed after 80 years and this is the last of the warehouse stock.. Cuffs NOT included..
