While working on an Aerial, a studio accident happened and left the Aerial with two of its corners smashed. Instead of getting frustrated at the situation, Jack envisioned a different piece from what was left of the Aerial as it was lying on the studio floor. He curved the corners into a flowing droplet and beveled the top of the piece. The TierDrop was alive,
